Cancellation Policy

At Livico.in, customers may request order cancellation subject to the conditions below.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request cancellation, contact us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Our team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required if payment has not yet been collected.

Repeated order refusals or last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.

Livico.in also reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, or other unavoidable circumstances.
