Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–9 business days
- Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather, festivals, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently across India.
5. Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
For significantly delayed or lost orders, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
7. Shipping Area
Currently, Livico.in ships only within India. International shipping is not available.
