Delivery Policy – Livico

At Livico, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. We understand the importance of timely delivery and aim to provide a smooth, transparent shipping experience for every customer.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚀 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Rural or Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions.

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver pan-India to most PIN codes through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and others.

  • If your location is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout or via email after placing the order.

🔁 Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS.

  • You can use the link provided to track your shipment in real-time.

❗ Delayed / Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered within 10 business days of dispatch:

  • Contact us at 📧 support@livico.in with your Order ID

  • Our support team will escalate and resolve the issue promptly.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most serviceable PIN codes.

  • Under our COD model, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

  • You can pay the delivery agent using cash, UPI, or debit/credit card at your doorstep.

  • The product will be delivered only after successful payment confirmation.
