Delivery Policy
At Livico.in, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery across India.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days
- Rural/Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.
If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you regarding your order.
4. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
6. Delayed Orders
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your Order ID.
7. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible products and serviceable locations. Payment is collected at the time of delivery through available payment methods supported by the courier partner.
